I didn’t build The Second Self because everything fell apart.
I built it because I finally realized how long I’d been abandoning myself in small, subtle ways — the burnout, the boundaries I never enforced, the body I demanded everything from but rarely honored.
Strength saved me.
Not the hustle kind — the grounded, embodied, I’m done living on autopilot kind.
I’ve spent decades studying breath, strength, form, energy, and truth-telling — and I’ve lived every inch of this work myself.
I don’t pretend to have it all figured out. I do know how to tell the truth about where it hurts — and what it costs to stay there.
Women don’t need perfect role models.
They need mirrors.
This is my contribution.
